We're seeking an exceptional **Client Success Director**, who will spearhead client implementation services and drive growth through effective team leadership and strategic collaboration.

As a key member of our executive team, you'll be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, developing talent within the organization, and efficiently allocating resources to projects. Your primary focus will be on monitoring client satisfaction, collaborating with executive leadership, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and enter new markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build and lead high-performing teams of implementation leaders and technical experts
  • Develop and nurture talent within the organization, providing mentorship and training
  • Efficiently allocate resources to projects based on skills, expertise, and project requirements
  • Monitor client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implement improvements

**Requirements:**

  • A STEM degree from a reputable institution
  • Excellent software data and integration skills
  • Expertise in enabling client change management
  • Scrappy manager with experience in scaling client success teams
