Key Responsibilities

The National Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers to drive year-on-year growth in volume, value, and profit.
  • Cultivating connections across key retailer departments to maximize opportunities for the brand.
  • Developing and implementing channel strategy for National Retail and Online sales channels.
  • Managing the Joint Business Plan (JBP) process to ensure alignment with financial and trade marketing objectives.
  • Conducting regular store visits to ensure retail compliance and conducting competitor analysis.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
