Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking two full-time Behaviour Mentors to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils who have difficulty thriving in mainstream secondary schools or special schools.
Our Behaviour Mentors work closely with students who require additional support, often including 1:1 support and bespoke timetables. You will be responsible for designing personalised learning experiences that engage students, build resilience, and provide a foundation for rapid academic progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Be confident working within small groups and 1:1
- Relevant experience working with children (or adults) with special educational needs
- A passion for working with children and young people in SEN settings
- Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Minimum of level 2 qualification or equivalent
