Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking Behaviour Mentors to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd, working with pupils who have difficulty thriving in mainstream secondary schools or special schools.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people in SEN settings, with relevant experience working with children (or adults) with special educational needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing 1:1 support and bespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences
- Designing a wide range of personalised learning in and out of the classroom to engage students, build resilience, and provide a foundation for rapid academic progress
- Working with a dedicated consultant to understand your experience, skill-set, and ideal role
