Sales Development Representative

Our client, a renowned construction company in Staffordshire, is expanding rapidly and seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth. With key accounts such as Popeyes and Lidl, this is a unique opportunity to build a successful sales career.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000, with the potential to earn up to £80,000 through monthly commission. Additionally, you'll enjoy remote working until 2025, followed by a hybrid model (2/3 days in office).
Job Description
As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business through cold calling and attending client meetings
- Independently managing individual pipeline
- B2B sales and business development
- Attending industry-related conventions
- Reaching out to project managers and building surveyors
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:Construction industry experience is desirableExperience in B2B business developmentConfident communication skills for speaking with decision-makers on the phone
