Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our client's team based in Staffordshire. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling and attending client meetings, independently managing your pipeline, and developing B2B sales strategies. You will also attend industry-related conventions, reach out to project managers and building surveyors, and manage social media to create engaging content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of B2B business development and sales. They should also possess excellent communication skills, confidence when speaking to decision-makers over the phone, and the ability to work autonomously.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000, paid monthly, as well as remote working opportunities until 2025. The hybrid model will allow for two-thirds of the working week to be spent in the office. There are also opportunities for career progression within the company.
