Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our high-performing team in a thriving sales environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work with warm leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve exceptional earning potential. Top performers can earn six-figure salaries annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers who have already expressed interest in selling their assets and guide them through the sales process.
- Negotiate favourable outcomes and build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
- Maintain a daily call volume of 70-80 calls to build relationships and close deals.
- Commit to working one Saturday per month to handle high-value leads and boost commissions.
Base Salary: Up to £28,000 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000+, with many team members exceeding this amount. Top performers can earn six-figure salaries annually.
