Global Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of cargo throughout the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customs, and agents to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
- Prepare and process export, import, and customs clearance documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate billing and cost information in our Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Communicate with customers regarding freight disposition, including tracking, tracing, routing, and dispatching.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellent service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while meeting customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
