Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of cargo throughout the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customs, and agents to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
  • Prepare and process export and import documents, including customs clearance and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of cargo movements, including tracking and tracing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and optimal cargo movement.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.
  • Good vision and ability to adjust focus.
