Global Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of cargo throughout the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, customs, and agents to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
- Prepare and process export, import, and customs clearance documents.
- Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
- Manage billing and cost information in our Transportation Management System (TMS) for accurate invoicing and job costing.
- Communicate with customers regarding freight disposition, including tracking, tracing, routing, and dispatching.
- Collaborate with other company branches and agents to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and implement the most profitable mode of shipment while meeting customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for DNI, LNR, cost accuracy, and ROTP.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of import and export regulations, governance, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and demands.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
