Central Inverter Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Central Inverter Business Development Lead to develop and implement sales strategies for our central inverters in the UK Solar PV market.

This role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Managing existing relationships with key accounts and expanding our presence in the UK Solar PV market.
  • Reporting on sales activities, competition, and customer responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A completed study in electronic/electrical engineering or business administration major, with an affinity for electrical engineering.
  • At least two years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management in the inverter, EPC, solar, or Energy Storage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PV inverters and Energy Storage functionality, BOS, and system, as well as commercial sales knowledge in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level), with Chinese language knowledge an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
