Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: City of London with excellent transport links

Job Type: Full-time, 12-13 month fixed term contract

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + benefits

Requirements: Current legal experience required

Job Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer to drive the firm's success through talent development and engagement. You will also play a regional HR lead role supporting local HR teams across the UK, Dubai, Egypt, and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformative talent projects to drive business growth
  • Execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives
  • Identify and implement key operational processes and establish standardized procedures
  • Support the development of consistent global policies
  • Support succession planning projects and identify high-potential employees for career growth
  • Review employee data to ensure completeness and assess benefit packages for consistency
  • Manage change management initiatives, including FAQs, workshops, and employee concerns
  • Responsible for managing annual insurance renewals and employee T&C due diligence
  • Support the annual career review process to ensure timely reviews and objectives are set
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Extensive law firm experience
  • CIPD HR Management qualification (Level 5 or 7) highly desirable
  • End-to-end experience of the employee lifecycle
  • Talent management experience in designing and developing initiatives to drive HR objectives
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
