Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity

LHH Recruitment is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join a prestigious financial services firm in London. As an HRBP, you will collaborate with the Head of UK HRBPs, management, employees, and project managers to support various initiatives, including TUPE transfers, organisational design, consultations, change management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to an employee population of approximately 3000.
  • Support the front, middle, and back-office departments.
  • Act as a willing advisor to staff for all levels of the business.
  • Design and deliver people plans.
  • Support with TUPE strategy and planning.
  • Support at-risk employees.
  • Define a retention and strategy plan.
  • Create an employee consultation strategy and plan.
  • Define department resource plans to support implementation and transition of roles.
  • Lead on employee relations for specific projects.
  • Support managers' understanding of UK employment law frameworks.
  • Analyse employee relations data.
  • Support the Reward team in reviewing salary benchmarking to ensure consistency.
  • Create strong and credible relationships across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Confident in counselling and facilitation.
  • Solution-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Highly disciplined with the ability to converse and express well-reasoned arguments and influence senior leadership teams.
