This is a brand-new role due to growth in the team, working closely with the Global Head of HR to play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies across the firm. This role operates across EMEA and APAC.


This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to influence and drive change in a complex, high-growth environment.


Experience working in a Financial Services environment is a must, with several years' experience operating in a strategic Business Partnering capacity. The firm prefer much more in-office presence, than not.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with senior leadership and investment teams to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support the firm's objectives.
  • Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention for both the firm and its portfolio companies. Identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Design and implement organisational development initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the firm. Provide guidance on organizational design, culture, and change management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters. Address and resolve employee relations issues with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Ensure alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the growth and development of the firm. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role, preferably in a private equity or financial services environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Proven experience in talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
