This role will hold full accountability for the retail division and overall responsibility for success within this area. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects and proposals independently, partner with the senior leadership team, and provide variety and creativity in their role. The company invests in their people and prioritizes future and development, offering a hybrid working pattern and a salary up to £75,000 dependent on experience. Key responsibilities include:
