Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at LHH Recruitment. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's HR initiatives, including TUPE transfers, organizational design, consultations, change management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to an employee population of approximately 3000.
  • Support the front, middle, and back-office departments.
  • Act as a willing advisor to staff at all levels of the business.
  • Design and deliver people plans.
  • Support with TUPE strategy and planning.
  • Support at-risk employees.
  • Define a retention and strategy plan.
  • Create an employee consultation strategy and plan.
  • Define department resource plans to support implementation and transition of roles.
  • Lead on employee relations for specific projects.
  • Support managers' understanding of UK employment law frameworks.
  • Analyze employee relations data.
  • Support the Reward team in reviewing salary benchmarking to ensure consistency.
  • Create strong and credible relationships across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Confident in counseling and facilitation.
  • Solution-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Highly disciplined with the ability to converse and express well-reasoned arguments and influence senior leadership teams.
