We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at LAW Absolute. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Litigation practice.

About the Job

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, developing and implementing business development strategies, and showcasing the firm's work to current and prospective clients. They will work closely with the Head of Business Development to ensure the effective implementation of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Expand the CRM programme
  • Showcase the firm's work to current and prospective clients
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging market trends
  • Define the firm's services and USPs to relevant markets
  • Produce sector-focused business and marketing plans
  • Monitor the effectiveness of business development activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing)
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Salary: £70,000 per annum
