Job Overview:

The Business Connection is seeking a highly skilled Field-Based Sales Executive to join their team in Crewe. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the commercial waste management sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retain business
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field-based environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
