Job Overview

Everpool is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Sales Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective telesales and account management strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets of £26,000 - £40,000 (Year 1), with potential to exceed £50,000+ in Year 2.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cultivate new business leads through prospecting and networking to expand our client base.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, driving successful outcomes and building strong relationships.
