Sales Development Executive

The role of a HGV Business Development Executive is crucial to our success at Radius. You will be responsible for providing HGV fuel card solutions to our largest customers and managing the high-profile portfolio for 12 months.
Daily Responsibilities- Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by winning new business via cold prospecting and managing existing customer relationships.
- Conduct detailed fact-finding and discovery meetings to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Construct, present, and close larger, more complex sales propositions.
- Work strategically with customers to gain referrals and support business growth.
- Excellent commercial acumen and drive to maintain volume and grow sales.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and provide best-in-class service.
- Proven ability to source new business opportunities and work company-provided data.
- A positive, ambitious, and dedicated approach to achieving targets.
