We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Marketing Executive to join our team, working on our Salesforce CRM.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and acquisition
- Analyse data in the CRM to identify opportunities for automated workflows and improved lead nurturing
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to align CRM activity with business objectives
- Maintain data health and integrity, striving for constant improvement
- Implement proper segmentation and automation as widely as possible
- Develop reporting and dashboards on Salesforce to monitor campaign performance
- Desirable experience in a related field
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field
- A basic knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
- Ability to manage and manipulate data
- Experience reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
