Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients in St Albans. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Regularly report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or a related role, preferably in technology, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
