About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Educational Leader to join our team at Aspire Academy Trust.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving evidence-informed school improvement and championing collaborative working and continual professional development for all staff.

You will work closely with our experienced trust board, Directors, Strategic Leads, Heads of School, and the Diocese to develop our trust and ensure that both the MAT as a whole and its individual schools consistently achieve excellent educational outcomes for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive school improvement and achieve excellent educational outcomes.
  • Champion collaborative working and continual professional development for all staff.
  • Work closely with the trust board, Directors, and other stakeholders to develop the trust and its individual schools.
  • Ensure that the trust's vision and values are embedded in all aspects of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of inspirational, dynamic, and impactful senior educational leadership.
  • Strong understanding of education and finance, including the need to plan and track finances and manage financial risk.
  • Familiarity with audit and risk in the academy sector and the importance of active risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
