The Management Recruitment Group is seeking to appoint a Strategic Programme Coordination Leader to lead the programme coordination and project administration resource for all estates projects.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Capital Projects, this individual will lead on business case development, high-quality reporting, commercial oversight, governance, assurance, and risk management across the estates department.

We are seeking individuals with a track record in programme management across a multi-faceted capital programme looking to advance their career in undertaking a key oversight role on one of the largest higher education capital programmes in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Programme Coordination Leader. The successful candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation. They will also be able to analyse complex data and develop effective solutions to drive business outcomes.
