Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the HR shared service mailbox, ensuring all queries are logged and assigned within SLA
  • Responding to general HR queries relating to HR processes, payroll, benefits, expenses, and HR policies
  • Processing payroll accurately and in line with deadlines
  • Supporting on data inputting required to ensure employees are paid within contractual timeframes
  • Undertaking employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting background checks

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits that contribute to a great work-life balance. Our office is located in Birmingham City Centre, offering easy access to public transportation.
