Employee Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join our HR team in Birmingham City Centre This is a fantastic chance to develop your career in HR administration and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the HR shared service mailbox, ensuring all queries are logged and assigned within SLA
- Responding to general HR queries relating to HR processes, payroll, benefits, expenses, and HR policies
- Processing payroll accurately and in line with deadlines
- Supporting on data inputting required to ensure employees are paid within contractual timeframes
- Undertaking employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting background checks
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits that contribute to a great work-life balance. Our office is located in Birmingham City Centre, offering easy access to public transportation.
