Job Description:
This role involves providing expert people advice, guiding school leaders on staffing matters, and undertaking casework as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, timely advice to schools and employees, ensuring effective management of HR casework while balancing priorities efficiently
- Guide and support Headteachers on staffing matters, including employee relations, employment law, and organisational policies
- Undertake casework as needed, offering hands-on support while coaching and mentoring staff as part of our commitment to learning and development
You:
Demonstrable experience managing a variety of HR casework, with a strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
