About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Growth and Client Acquisition Manager to join our team at Towergate Employee Benefits. This pivotal role offers the flexibility of being home-based, providing an ideal work-life balance for the successful candidate.

The key responsibility of this position will be to drive growth strategy and expand market presence through our SME/Mid-Corporate Field Sales Team. You will collaborate with the Head of Client Development to develop and implement effective client contact strategies, resulting in increased revenue and business expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage performance targets for the sales team, ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Generate growth for existing clients through strategic client contact initiatives.
  • Delve into new revenue streams by exploring referral opportunities across our business.
  • Identify and develop external lead sources through introducer/referral relationships.
  • Liaise with colleagues to successfully convert joint prospects.
  • Manage relationships with insurance providers to deliver high-quality results for Towergate Employee Benefits and its customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams to achieve income targets.
  • A strong background in supporting proposition development, including products, services, and client servicing propositions.
  • An excellent communicator with good presentation skills and the ability to adjust communication style according to audience needs.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk, Health & Wellbeing, Employee Benefits, International Medical Insurance, and General Insurance markets.
