**Job Description**

Clyde UK Services Company is looking for a skilled Property Services Coordinator to join its Property & Facilities Management team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will provide operational and strategic support to deliver exceptional customer-centric services across multiple locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of facilities, including buildings and locations allocated to the team.
  • Providing input into the preparation and maintenance of revenue and capital budgets.
  • Overseeing the provision of services, including cleaning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets.
  • Working with the Facilities Manager to ensure SLAs are adhered to.

You will also assist in the delivery of projects within agreed budgets and timelines, working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project delivery. Additionally, you will support the delivery of additional projects across the portfolio in conjunction with other members of the Property & FM team.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a relevant role and comparable environment, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Ability to influence key business services groups and lawyers.
  • Preparedness to travel throughout the UK as and when required.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
