  • Develop and implement strategies to improve placement utilisation and stability.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues from Children in Care and Placements Services.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • A full UK driving licence.
