Clinical Crisis Intervention Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Crisis Intervention Specialist in our esteemed mental health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing intensive and responsive crisis resolution services to adults aged 18 and over with functional mental health problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that individuals are treated in the least restrictive way possible while meeting their clinical and safety needs.
About the RoleYou will have the opportunity to join our Trust-wide consultant network, which fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among colleagues. Additionally, you will have access to peer support from experienced professionals within East Sussex. Key Responsibilities- Manage CRHT referrals and team meetings
- Supervise non-consultant medical staff
- Pursue other clinical duties, such as working in various specialties

Compensation and BenefitsThis position comes with a competitive salary package. The estimated annual salary range for this role is £100,000 - £150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for additional benefits, including a Recruitment and Retention payment of £25,000, up to £8,000 relocation allowance, and a series of retention payments throughout your employment.
