Belfast-based professional services firm Redimeer seeks a talented Strategy Consultant to join their growing strategy team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clients by providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key business challenges and opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights. They will develop innovative strategies and solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing a wide range of industries and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client businesses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and translating complex strategies into actionable plans.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance).
  • 3-4 years of experience in a consulting/business strategy role.
  • Finance Industry or Big 4 experience is desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
