Wallace Hind Selection is looking for a skilled Internal Sales Team Leader to join our team in Kettering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving team efficiency. A technical aptitude is essential, as the candidate will be working with complex material handling solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a more proactive sales/customer services culture, while maintaining a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting the pace, leading by example, and striving to meet your team's sales target.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance and team efficiency.
  • Understanding customers' needs and preparing offers for parts and service on our SAP computer system.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitoring and measuring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective action.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and potential, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, company pension, private healthcare, and life assurance.
