Internal Client Liaison Lead

We are looking for an accomplished Internal Client Liaison Lead to enhance our client relationships and drive business growth at The ONE Group Ltd.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Process client orders efficiently, leveraging company systems to streamline operations.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to capitalize on these leads.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in managing customer accounts, be adept in handling multiple tasks under pressure, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
Work Environment and BenefitsThis role comes with a salary range of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, including a bonus scheme, discount scheme, pension scheme, and team incentives. You will work standard office hours with hybrid working options available post-probation.
