Job OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Loyalty Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty and engagement across key Coty brands.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that meet local KPIs and global brand guidelines.
This is a unique opportunity to work with globally recognized beauty brands like Kylie Cosmetics and Burberry Beauty, while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Develop and implement CRM strategies: Collaborate with the Senior Content & Activation Manager to develop and implement loyalty programs for key Coty brands, leading the creation of earn/burn frameworks and working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the success of CRM and loyalty programs, ensuring they meet local KPIs.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute localized customer lifecycle campaigns, aligned with global brand guidelines, lead A/B testing, and collaborate with global teams on CRM activity plans.
- Innovative CRM: Stay updated on competitive CRM activities, using insights to innovate and enhance the program.
- VIP Engagement: Work with the IM & PR team to organize exclusive events for VIP customers.
- CRM Marketing Experience: Proven track record in CRM, particularly in loyalty programs and clientelling, with experience in B2C marketing.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong data management and analysis skills to drive actionable insights and strategies for Coty's brands.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and align with multiple stakeholders, including local and global teams.
- Multi-Project Management: Prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring the success of CRM initiatives.
- Adaptability: Adapt CRM strategies to local market specifications while following global guidelines.
- Fluent in English: Excellent communication and language skills.
- Experience with CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klayvio, Adobe Campaign, SalesForce Marketing cloud, and experience in campaign building, segmentation, HTML integration, and CRM reporting.
- Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
