We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Services Administrator at Interaction - Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within a fast-growing company on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with a range of Trade and Retail customers face-to-face and over the phone to provide exceptional customer service.
  • See projects through from conception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Be part of a friendly and fast-paced team environment, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to action tasks immediately where possible.
  • Proactive and able to identify tasks that are required without reminder.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor phone lines and email to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare quotes and advise customers on material options, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Secure orders and book in jobs, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Benefits:

  • Salary dependent on skills and experience.
  • Full-time, permanent position with flexible hours between 7:30am and 6:00pm (40 hours a week).
