We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Development Professional to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing robust training and competency frameworks to ensure our workforce meets current and future business needs.
About the Role- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify skills gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality training programs, both in-house and through external providers.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Training & Competency Management role.
- Strong understanding of competency management systems and training best practices.
- Ability to assess skills gaps and develop tailored training strategies.
- Proficiency in training-related software and tools.
