About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our Mechanical Engineering team at VINCI Energies in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes designed to deliver strategic company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate new customer projects from initial development to site installation and commissioning.
  • Provide ongoing support for projects during fabrication and liaise with customers, suppliers, design engineers, and workshop teams.
  • Support the successful delivery of our engineering project portfolio to ensure achievement of core company and functional objectives.
  • Ensure the quality of reporting and communication for assigned projects to programme leads and the wider Product Engineering team.
  • Compile and submit status reports to key stakeholders and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout projects.
  • Attend internal departmental meetings and take notes.
Requirements
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident working with Microsoft Project.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English would be advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
