About the Role

This pivotal position demands a dynamic individual with expertise in crafting engaging training sessions, adapting delivery styles to diverse learning needs, and ensuring staff proficiency in navigating systems and adhering to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff in all operational and sales departments.
  • Train staff on internal systems, including CRM, billing software, and customer-facing tools.
  • Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions, tailoring delivery styles to suit different learning needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants and managers.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Trainer with a strong background in the energy, utilities, or telecommunications sectors. They possess in-depth knowledge of customer service and billing systems, along with expertise in developing and delivering training programs for frontline staff in customer service, billing, or sales roles.

A certification in Training & Development or a related field is desirable.
