Clinical Support Worker Opportunity

Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join their team at Spire Alexandra Hospital. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our Registered Nurses in the Surgical Ward or Outpatient Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in providing exemplary patient care
  • Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients
  • Identify and report any significant changes that may affect the patient's health and well-being
  • Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as an HCA/CSW (or equivalent) in a clinical environment is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Experience in taking ECGs, blood pressures, and patient observations
