Clinical Support Worker Opportunity

Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join their team at Spire Alexandra Hospital. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our Registered Nurses in the Surgical Ward and Outpatient Department.

About the Role

  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional patient care and support
  • Contribute to the monitoring and support of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes to the appropriate person
  • Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HCA/CSW (or equivalent) in a clinical environment is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations
