Job Title: Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical care while supervising and guiding Health Care Assistants to ensure residents receive personalised, high-quality care.

In this role, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to maintain a warm and supportive environment, adhering to the highest standards of nursing and social care. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be essential in promoting a stimulating and caring atmosphere, in line with our client's philosophy of care, to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and oversee care plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant nursing procedures and care policies
  • Deputise for the Nurse Manager when required

Requirements:

  • Must be a Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN
  • Proven experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting
  • Confident in leading and managing shifts effectively
