Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 38 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people and colleagues
