Residential Childcare Support Worker

Location: Gloucester

Contract: Shift Pattern - ad-hoc cover

Salary: £ per hour plus sleep in shifts when required

Headway Adolescent Resources is a leading provider of residential childcare services, committed to delivering high-quality care and support to young people. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Work with young people with challenging behaviour in a residential setting
  • Provide a high standard of childcare to help young people achieve their goals
  • Be flexible, resilient, and honest, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have previous experience working with challenging young people, preferably in a residential setting
  • Be qualified to QCF level in Children and Young People
  • Have good computer skills and be able to maintain accurate records
  • Have a full manual driving license
