Job Title: Residential Childcare Support Worker - Challenging Behaviour Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Headway Adolescent Resources. As a key member of our residential home, you will work with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour, providing a safe and supportive environment that fosters their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality childcare to young people with complex needs
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualised care plans
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to care

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young people with challenging behaviour
* Qualified to QCF level in Children and Young People, or willingness to work towards the qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full manual driving license
