**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team in Northern England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth within the industrial sector, working with industries such as general manufacturing, metalworking, plastics, concrete manufacturing, and energy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing and managing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Managing pricing and profitability to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and utilising CRM systems to track activity and build strong sales pipelines.

**Requirements**

  • A degree or background in engineering, industrial tooling, transmission, or lubricants.
  • Proven experience in the lubricant or chemical industry and success in B2B external sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of the Northern England industrial market and sectors such as metalworking or plastics injection moulding is a bonus.
