This is an exciting opportunity for a dual site Facilities Manager to join the operational team at Native Group's locations in Milton Keynes, The Almere and Park Square.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager, with strong leadership skills, to lead and develop our facilities and maintenance teams across 2 sites.

Job Description

The Facilities Manager oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the building, apartments, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards of appearance, safety, and overall functionality by managing maintenance-related tasks.

This includes:

  1. Inspecting sites regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Performing repairs and general maintenance of the apartments and the interior/exterior of the building.
  3. Managing maintenance-related tasks to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in property management as a Facilities Manager.
  • A comprehensive understanding of building maintenance.
  • Full awareness of health and safety regulations and demonstrable experience in ensuring full compliance.
  • An IOSH certificate and L8 certificate as a minimum, although NEBOSH certificate is also preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Building Management Systems, and Customer Relation Management systems.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
