About the Role

We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental compliance efforts at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Facilities within the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing environmental compliance, developing and implementing environmental management systems, procedures, and processes, and analyzing site performance against published requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of environmental regulations, and experience in engaging with regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental management systems and procedures.
  • Analyze site performance against published requirements in environmental policies.
  • Manage and execute multi-site responsibilities to comply with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with authorities and stakeholders to ensure environmental compliance.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in civil, chemical, or environmental engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and developing environmental reports.
