Job Title: Grounds and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds and Facilities Manager to join our team at MK Dons FC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, maintenance, and management of our pitches, training grounds, and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and Facility Management: Oversee the quality and maintenance of all training surfaces and matchday pitches, ensuring they meet regulatory, operational, and performance requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of work and inspiring a culture of excellence across the grounds department.
  • Strategic Planning and Scheduling: Develop and execute work programs, manage pitch availability and rotation, and ensure all areas are prepared for matches, training, and events.
  • Innovation and Sustainability: Continuously explore innovative, sustainable methods to enhance pitch quality and environmental practices, ensuring our grounds are at the forefront of the industry.
