About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Recovery Support Worker in our 'Enhanced Community Recovery' supported living service in Hereford.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the needs of people living with mental health challenges. They will be willing to learn and provide person-centred support to enable clients to live independently within the community.

Key Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins.

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,500-£26,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
