About Us

You will require experience in PEG feeding, ventilation, and suctioning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive environment. We invest heavily in our staff, providing comprehensive training and clinical support to ensure you're equipped to deliver the best possible care.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. You will work with individuals who require complex care and support, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. Every day will be unique and challenging in its own way, but you'll have the support of a dedicated team and the satisfaction of knowing you're making a real difference in people's lives.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals with complex needs. You'll require experience in PEG feeding, ventilation, and suctioning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer
